What is the AS 1:2026 minimum property set?
Annex A of AS 1:2026 lists the data every object needs: manufacturer, product code or model, Aayaam Classification Code, IFC entity type and warranty period, plus BIS licence, BEE star rating and seismic-zone data where they apply.
Can I paste the IFC snippet straight into my model?
It is a text fragment of IFC property sets, intended for tools that accept IFC property-set text. Your modelling tool must attach it to the real element in place of the #OBJECT placeholder.
Is my product data sent anywhere?
